Processing & Shipping Times
Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) CST will be processed the same day and delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping & Preorders

For select items, we offer a preorder option. Preorder items will be clearly marked in the product name and description. If an item is not labeled as a preorder, it will follow our standard shipping policy. Preorders allow us to produce exclusive pieces based on demand while minimizing waste. When a preorder window opens, it typically runs from Friday to Friday. Once the preorder period ends, all orders are sent to production, which generally takes 3-4 weeks. After production is completed, orders are shipped based on the selected shipping method at checkout. If you have placed a preorder, please allow sufficient time for manufacturing and fulfillment. If your package has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
Lost, Unclaimed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking number for updates. Dif is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages after they have been shipped. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
